*Home Office and Residential work are limited in scope to not include the following: multi-site installations or support, service to commercial properties, server infrastructure, enterprise network support, or structured cabling installation. All out-of-scope work will be billed at Small Business rates.

**All work specifically requested to be performed outside of Standard Hours will be billed at the After-Hours rate. All unscheduled project work performed at a time that falls After-Hours is billed at the Standard rate. Unscheduled outage response or break-fix work performed outside of Standard Hours will be billed at the After Hours rate. Requested work initiated during Standard Hours that ends during After-Hours is billed at the Standard Rate until the end of Standard Hours, while any remaining work is billed at the After Hours rate.

Time billed includes travel to and from work sites.  All billing performed in quarter-hour increments, rounded up to the nearest quarter-hour. On-site appointments bill a minimum of 1 hour. Call start and end times are determined by timestamps from our internal phone system. Remote calls & SMS exchanges bill a minimum of one quarter hour. Invoices are sent on the last day of the service month and due upon receipt.
